disconnectnode "address" nodeid
Immediately disconnects from the specified peer node.
Strictly one out of 'address' and 'nodeid' can be provided to identify the node.
To disconnect by nodeid, either set 'address' to the empty string, or call using the named 'nodeid' argument only.
